Fidel Ortega graduated with honors from Pratt Institute and quickly became a sought-after design architect, joining several prestigious architectural/interior design firms. During his 19-year career, he has focused on interior architectural design, most notably in luxury multi-residential and hospitality markets where his award winning designs continue to explore and challenge how people engage with the built environment.

New York City presented the opportunity to design for some of the largest corporate clients in America including Citibank, Condé Nast, Omnicom and Benetton. In August of 2001, Mr. Ortega relocated to the Washington D.C. area where he designed and managed a variety of luxury hospitality, residential, corporate, and government projects in high-demand markets around the globe. Known for his facility with architectural design visualization programs and his prolific architectural imagination, he started and managed as Vice President the multi-residential practice studio at a respected Washington D.C. design firm.

Mr. Ortega then founded Ortega D.A.S., where he is currently responsible for the design of residential, hospitality, workplace and other projects from his Fairfax, Virginia office.
