Expressions 2004
June 3, 2004–June 28, 2004
June 3, 2004–June 28, 2004
Expressions is an annual exhibition of artwork created by students in the nationally recognized Corcoran ArtReach program. Founded in 1992, ArtReach provides free art classes, mentoring services, and apprenticeships in public art for hundreds of inner-city youth (ages 6 to 18) each year. The program builds upon the visual arts offerings of the District of Columbia Public School System (DCPS), providing an intensified experience that combines the best of the Corcoran’s resources as a Museum and a College of Art and Design.
