57th Annual Corcoran Ball

The Women’s Committee of the Corcoran invites you to be a part of the 57th annual Corcoran Ball—recognized in Washington’s social and business communities as the signature event of the spring social season. The Corcoran welcomes more than 1,000 guests for a sensational evening of dinner, dancing, and socializing amidst spectacularly lavish decor. Guests traditionally include State, Federal, and City legislators and members of Washington’s diplomatic, business, and philanthropic communities.

Taste     A lavish three course dinner will be served featuring the latest signature fare.

View     The Corcoran’s renowned collection along with NEXT at the Corcoran—showcasing the work of the Corcoran’s talented graduating seniors—provide a spectacular backdrop.

Enjoy     Dance to the music of Radio King Orchestra and Phil McCusker & Orchestra as well as after dinner libations in Club Corcoran.

The Corcoran Ball is a wonderful celebration with a purpose. Ball proceeds provide scholarships for the College; underwrite the Corcoran's award-winning community outreach and education programs throughout the metropolitan area; and support the continuance of the Corcoran's long tradition of bringing outstanding artists and their collections to the Gallery.

NEXT at the Corcoran
April 14–May 20, 2012
The Corcoran Gallery of Art and College of Art + Design presents NEXT at the Corcoran, a dynamic, interactive, and innovative presentation of work by the graduating students of the Corcoran College of Art + Design. NEXT, for the first time, includes both an exhibition of the thesis work of the Bachelor of Fine Arts class of 2012 and a showcase of the Masters of Arts degree programs at the Corcoran.
