Interior Design Project Manager Opening

Georgetown high end Interior Designer seeks mature, energetic, experienced, self motivated, extremely detail oriented professional to assist in managing all phases of exciting residential construction and decoration projects as well as the business affairs of a small office. Must have related experience, very strong organizational skills, customer service and computer skills. Must be able to manage many projects, adjust to changing priorities and be a strong self starter, problem solver and team player.

Daily duties will focus on conducting various research and identifying specifications, pricing, and availability of a variety of products; writing detailed proposals to clients; purchase orders and instructions to vendors. Must be familiar with all components of specifying; ordering and tracking merchandise; and shipping and installation process. Must be able to effectively interact with furniture, and fabric vendors; and drapery and carpet workrooms and troubleshoot and solve problems that might arise.

Must have very good communication skills to interact with clients and address their questions and issues quickly.
Skills in drafting and selecting textiles, a plus. Compensation commensurate with skills.
