Corcoran Personal Tours
Join us in Washington, D.C., to visit the Corcoran College of Art + Design. Tours of our Downtown campus are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Your customized visit can include a one-on-one meeting with an admissions counselor, a portfolio review and a tour of the downtown campus. Tours of our Design facilities at our Georgetown campus and housing are available upon request, by appointment only. Please, contact the Office of Admissions at (202) 639-1814 to schedule your visit.

Each year, the Corcoran’s admissions staff travels to select schools throughout the country to share the outstanding opportunities available at the Corcoran College of Art + Design. Corcoran Group Tours
Teachers interested in bringing their classes to visit the numerous exhibitions and collections in the Corcoran Gallery of Art may contact the education office directly. For groups of high school-age students, college representatives are available to discuss pre-college and undergraduate degree programs if requested. The Corcoran’s Downtown campus is located on the corner of Seventeenth Street and New York Avenue NW, across the street from the White House and Old Executive Office Building. We are just a few blocks from two convenient Metrorail stations: Farragut West on the Orange/Blue lines (take the Seventeenth Street exit), and Farragut North on the Red line (take the K Street exit). Once exiting either station, walk south down Seventeenth Street to reach the Corcoran.
Metered street parking is also available in the area from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Parking is free after 10 p.m. and on Sundays and holidays.
Students can reach the Corcoran’s Georgetown campus by Metrobus Routes 31, 32 and 36; the DC Circulator, which stops at the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and Thirty-fourth Street; and Metrobus Routes D1 and D2, which stop at Thirty-fifth and S Streets, NW.

Downtown campus is located steps from the White House, National Mall, and the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts. Washington’s most popular attractions are a short walk or metro ride away!
Georgetown Campus is located near Georgetown University, north of the major commercial M and Wisconsin streets, surrounded by the greenery of Rock Creek Park, and close to several embassies.
